We’ve taken the decision to postpone the Dark Star 7 fun run, due to take place on Saturday 2nd May. We’re disappointed, but we hope you’ll agree this is the right thing to do at this moment in time. Your safety and wellbeing, and that of our customers, colleagues and partners is the most important thing for us.

When will Dark Star 7km 2020 fun run be postponed until?
Our aim is to reschedule to later in the summer, but we’ll follow official guidance over the coming weeks before setting a revised date.
When will you announce the new event date?
Once we are able to set a date we will give at least six weeks’ notice ahead of the event date.
What if I can’t make the new date?
If you can’t make the new date, we’ll refund the full value of your tickets.
What happens if the event is cancelled this year?
If we need to cancel the event, we’ll refund the full value of your tickets.
How do I get a refund?
All refunds are controlled through Eventbrite. Please request a refund via the Eventbrite app or website and we shall refund the full value of your tickets.

How long does it take to get a refund?
We shall check Eventbrite daily Monday - Friday for refund requests and process them within 24 hours or on the next working day. Eventbrite state that refunds can take up to 7 days to show in your account.
I have not signed up yet - are places still available?
