How much is delivery?
We offer FREE delivery to most UK Mainland addresses for orders over £50. For orders under £50, delivery costs £5.95. We also offer next day delivery to most UK Mainland addresses at the following costs. For Orders under £50 Next Day Delivery Costs £8.95 and for orders over £50 Next Day Delivery Costs £5.95. Please proceed to the checkout to calculate the cost of delivery for your order

How long will it take?
Standard delivery: Will normally take between 2 and 5 days.
Next Day Delivery: If Next Day priority shipping has been selected any orders placed before 12pm will be delivered the next working day. Any orders placed after 12pm will not be accepted until the following working day and delivered the following working day.
But please note, orders are dispatched on working days only. Any orders placed on non-working days or after 12pm will be accepted on the next available working day. We do not deliver on Sunday

We offer home delivery via our courier partner DHL Parcel (UK). You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatch and a 2 hour delivery window text from DHL Parcel (UK) when your order is out for delivery.

What if I am out?
All deliveries will be delivered to your door or with a neighbour. We may ask for you to sign for your delivery and may ask for ID to verify age. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier may leave a card with a contact number for you to call. In the event you are asked by a courier to re-arrange a delivery, you are responsible to arrange this delivery.

We aim to use the minimum amount of packaging when we ship however due the nature of the product we sell packaging is necessary to protect your order. All internal and outer shipping packaging is fully recyclable via your household refuse collections.
